Biography
Geoorge was born 25 February 1853, in Roxbury, Massachusetts. He was the son of Benjamin Richard Tibbitts (1826-1902) and Eliza (Moody) Tibbits (1830-1896).
In 1860, the family is living in Enfield, Hartford, Connecticut.[1]
