Biography
Elizabeth (Taylor) Lewis Bullock had a daughter, Catherine with James Lewis. After James Lewis died, Elizabeth married William Bullock in Granville Co., NC. This daughter, Catherine Lewis, married John Bullock, son of William Bullock and his first wife Unity Wright.

On Ancestry.com the marriage between Elizabeth Lewis (nee Taylor) and William Bullock is August 20, 1766 in Mecklenburg, Virginia in the Virginia Compiled Marriages. Catherine Lewis and John Bullock were married on March 11, 1771, which is the date you have listed also for Elizabeth Lewis (nee Taylor) and William Bullock. Is it possible that you have put the wrong date or do you believe Ancestry's records could be wrong?
