William was born in 1795. He was the son of Henry Taylor and Mary Evans. He passed away before 1814.

• The fact that he is not in his father Henry Taylor's will written in 1814 (Will of Henry Taylor, SMC, 9/20/1814-5/30/1820.) and he is in his Uncle Ignatius Evans' will 1802. (WILL OF IGNATIUS EVANS 02 May 1802; 16 Nov 1802) "...I give and devise to my two sisters Mary Taylor and Ann Evans my other plantation adjoining my brother William's to be equally divided between them. It is my desire that after their decease, one half to William Tarlton Taylor and the other half to Richard Evans their sons. "

This young man is probably the nephew of William Tarlton Taylor 1759 -1811 VA. The proof probably rests in Y-DNA from descendants of either half-sibling Jenifer or George Taylor.
