The 1940 census record shows Charles A. Siebert, 51, and Louise Siebert, 45, living at 4504 Seibert Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri. Louise's father was born in Holland, her mother in Missouri. There were four children in the household: Gilbert, 12, Loretta, 10, Clarence, 5, and Paul, 3 10/12.^[1]

Data in the census suggests that the couple were married around 1825.

1940 Census

The 1940 census record shows Charles Siebert, 60, and Louise Siebert, 51, living at 4504 Siebert Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri. There were four children in the household: Gilbert, 22, Loretta, 20, Clarence, 15, and Paul, 13. ^[2]

Husband's Registration Card

Her husband's draft registration card, dated 1942, shows that Charles Aloysius Seibert and his wife Mrs. Louisa Seibert lived at 4504 Seibert Avenue in St. Louis.^[3]

Sister's Death

A Missouri death certificate for Marie Brodie shows that she was born Marie Tass (daughter of Peter Tass and Theresa Klott). Her most recent address had been 4504 Seibert in St. Louis and the informant for the certificate was Louis's son Gilbert Seibert.^[4] This suggests Marie was living with Louise's family at the time of her death.

A social security record for Louise Siebert shows that she was born on 29 June 1888 and died in November 1974.^[5]

A social security record for Paul Joseph Siebert shows that he was born on 30 May 1925 in St Louis, Missouri, to Charles A. Siebert and Louise F. Tass, and that he died on 13 Jun 2004.^[6]
