Eunice Taber was born on July 10, 1711 in Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts Bay Colony, daughter of Jacob Taber (1683–1773) and Sarah West (1686–1775).

Eunice (28) married Benjamin Akin (24) (born on May 18, 1715 in Dartmouth, Massachusetts Bay; son of Capt. John Akin and Hannah (Sherman) Akin) on September 13, 1739 in Dartmouth. Their children were:

Benjamin Akin (1739–1810)
Elizabeth Akin (1743–1826)
Jerusha Akin (1745–1839)
Bartholomew Akin (1750–1835)

Eunice died on June 4, 1762 in Dartmouth, aged 50.
