Biography
Charlotte was born in 1843. She was the daughter of Charles Sturt and Charlotte Greene. Her father was an Australian Explorer.
Her father died in 1869.
UK Census Event Date 1881: Living with her widowed mother Charlotte and two servants in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England. Aged 34 and single.
Her mother died in 1887.
UK Census Event Date 31 March 1901: Recorded in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England. Aged 58. Also in the household was a Companion and two servants.
Occupation: Living On Own Means
In the UK Census of 1911 she was recorded in Croydon, Surrey, England with her Companion and two servants. She was now aged 68 and single.
She passed away in 1928 at the age of 85. [1] Her will was proved on 17 January 1929 at Gloucester to Reginald John Winterbotham, solicitor.[2] Effects: £6623 7s. 8d.
