Biography
- Cora M. Stewart was born on August 26, 1874, in Claremont Township, Illinois to George Washington and Catherine Helen (Jones) Stewart. She married William Inskeep Gillaspie on March 29, 1896, in Richland County, Illinois. They were the parents of Eva Golda (1898–1997) and George Nelson (1906–1984). She died on August 29, 1929, in Clinton, Illinois at the age of 55, and was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery in Clinton, Illinois.
