Biography
Elizabeth Jane Dufresne Stevenson was born on 18 March 1857 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah Territory , daughter of Edward Stevenson (1820–1897) and Elizabeth Jane DuFresne (1838–1906).[1]
Her siblings were:
- Nephi Porter Stevenson (15 July 1846 – 12 July 1918)
- Eliza Ann Stevenson (16 April 1848 – 30 March 1934)
Elizabeth (27) married Charles Frederick Wilcox (25) (born on 23 February 1859 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, United States; son of Walter Eli Wilcox and Maria Wealthy (Richards) Wilcox) on 25 December 1884 in Endowment House, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, United States.
Their daughter was Ramona Stevenson Wilcox (8 April 1887 – 21 December 1978).
Elizabeth died on 21 January 1947 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, United States, aged 89. She was buried in Salt Lake City Cemetery, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah.[2] [1]
