In the Name of God amen the fowertenthe daie of Aprill in the yeare
of oure Lorde god one thousande fyve hundred threskore and fowertene I Agnes Mayoe of Fowntell
epi[scopi] beinge sicke of body but of perfecte mynde and good remembrance Do ordeigne and make this
my last will and Testamente in manner and forme as followeth. Firste I bequeathe my
Soull unto the almightie god my maker and Savyoure, And my body to be buried w[i]^thin the churche
or Chutch yarde of Fowntell epi[scopi]. Item I geve and bequeathe unto my Daughter Jhoanne the
wyf of M^r Thomas Mumpesson, twentie weighte of woll and Tenne Acres of wheate, and
Tenne Acres of Barley Item I geve and bequeathe to my Daughter Tamson the wyf of M^r Will[ia]m
Grove twentye weighte of woll and Tenne Acres of wheate and Tenne Acres of Barley, Item
I geve and bequeathe unto John Grove three poundes sixe shillings eight pens, Item I geve and
bequeathe unto Mary Grove three pounde sixe shillings eighte pens. Item I geve and bequeathe
unto my brother Thomas Kynge one good cowe and twentie shillings in mony Item I geve and
bequeathe unto xpian [Christian] Kynge fyve pounde in monye. Item I geve and bequeathe unto Will[ia]m Kynge
thelder fortye shillinge. Item I geve and bequeathe unto Thomas Kynge Fortie shillinges Item

this my laste will and testamente that the a foresaide Legaces w[hi]^ch I have geven unto my two
Daughters (that is to saye) unto Jhoane the wyf of M^r Mumpesson, and unto Tamson
the wyf of M^r Will[ia]m Grove to be paide at Mighelmas nexte comynge and Imediately followinge
oute of the corne and [...] [...] comynge and growinge upon the Ferme of Fowntell epi[iscopi], other
els fortie pounde in monye to be geven unto my a foresaide Daughters / that is to saye Jhoanne &
Tamson, at the choyse and elecc[i]on of myne Executor. Item I geve and bequeathe unto the churche of
Fowntell xijd Item I geve unto the cathedrall church of Sarum xijd The Reste of all my
other goodes not geven mor bequeathed. I geve and bequeathe them unto Will[ia]m Mumpesson the sonne
of M^r Thomas Mumpesson whome I make and ordeigne, to be my whole and only executo^t of this
my laste will and Testamente. Also I do make and ordeigne in this my laste will & Testament
that all suche tythe clayme and intereste w[hi]^ch I had by any Manner of means in the Ferme of
Fowntell ^^epi shall come and growe unto by this my laste will and Testamente Will[ia]m Mumpesson
myne Executo^r in suche full whole and ample mannor as is was leaste unto me by my
husbande deceassed Item I geve and bequeathe to the Povertie of Fowntell epi[scopi] Tenne shillinge[s]
