Biography

Otto was born in 1898. He was the son of John Smythe and Lilly Ogle. He was married to Lois Downelly. He had managed the bus terminal at Fairborn before moving to Los Angeles about 1962. He died in 1964. Burial was at Salem Church Cemetery, Dresden.[1]
