Biography
JessamineAnn Richen Barrett was adopted under unusual circumstances in 1937. She was previously described and indeed registered as Julien Sinclair but has now been proven by DNA not to be reflected in the birth documentation nor indeed by the woman described as her birth Mother who, unfortunately for those responsible for the false documentation, is still alive at over one hundred years and is grossly offended by the accusation. No further comment is made whilst formal interventions are made.
