Junior was born in 4 Jun 1925 West Virginia. He is the son of James Lovie Seal (1894-1964) and Cora Lee Berry-Seal (1898-1969)
1st Marriage was in 1946 he married Margie H Stowers (1925-1983) in Mercer County, WV. Together they had 3 daughters:
- Brenda Rae Seal-Rhoades-Harris (1947-2017)
- Shirley Ann Seal-Whitaker (1949-2021)
- Ruby Faye Seal-Bee
Margie and Junior divorced on 9 Mar 1971 in Clermont, OH.
2nd Marriage was on 5 May 1975 in Ohio to Marion Jean Fairbanks-Ballene-Johnson (1930-2008)
