Biography

Robert Russell was born on February 16, 1788, in Innerwick, Scotland, the son of Robert Russell and Janet Watt of Thornton Miln. He was baptized on February 25, 1788.^[1]

In Cockburnspath, Scotland, on March 4, 1810, "Robert Russell and Margret Ker appeared before the session this Day acknowledging their Marriage at Coldstream on the first of last June." ^[2]
