Biography

John Henry Rowson was born in 1863 in Lincolnshire, England, the son of Mary (Jackson) Rowson and Henry Rowson.^[1][2]

He married Mary Billett Cherry in 1889 in Victoria, Australia.^[3] Their children were:

• John Edward Rowson (1890–1956)^[4]
• Annie Irene Rowson (1892–?)^[5]

John died in 1938 in St Kilda, Victoria, aged 75 years.^[6]
