Note: There is another Elizabeth Rowe who was born in 1771 in Constantine, less than 4 miles from Wendron. What's worse is that her father's name was also John. She may have been the wife of James Moyle. This gives her alternate parents (John Rowe and Elizabeth Tremaine) and a completely different tree. Without definite proof one way or the other, either one could be correct. Descendant Rob Judd has done a whole genome DNA kit to do a triangulation on her ancestors and the question should be resolved eventually. Note though that this is the parentage approved by the Latter Day Saints and John Rowe Moyle is one of their famous pioneers, so it's probably correct.
