Biography

Florence Anita Rowe was born on July 11, 1889 in Madison, Florida, United States, daughter of Brinson Ellis Unknown (1852–1934) and Cynthia Jackson (1869–1940).

Florence married William Duncan Johnson (born in 1881 in Lee). Their children were:

In 1900, Florence (11), was a single daughter, in the household of Brinson Rowe (48) in Macedonia, Madison, Florida. [1]

In 1910, Florence (20) was living in household of William Johnson (26) in Norton Creek, Madison with her husband, William (26); and their daughter, Lessie (3). [2]

In 1920, Florence (30) was living in household of Will Johnson (32) in Norton Creek, Madison with her husband, Will (32); and their daughter, Lessie (12). [3]

In 1930, Florence (40) was living in household of William D Johnson (47) on Rail Road Street, Lee with her husband, William D (47). [4]

In 1940, Florence (50) was living in household of Will D Johnson (57) in Lee, Madison with her husband, Will D (57). [5]

In 1950, Florence (60) was living in household of W D Johnson (68) in Lee, Madison with her husband, W D (68); and their son, Riley C Wheeler (52). [6]

Florence died on March 10, 1970 in Madison, aged 80.
