Biography
When George Row was born on April 10, 1774, in Natchez, Mississippi, his father, Johann, was 20 and his mother, Margaret, was 21. He married Sarah Stampley Ratliff and they had nine children together. He then married Rebecka J. Babcock on January 15, 1830, in West Feliciana, Louisiana. He died on September 26, 1843, in Louisiana at the age of 69, and was buried in West Monroe, Louisiana.
