Frank was born 28 Feb 1884 in Milligan, Nebraska.

Ethel Bland and Frank J Rolan were married 3 Dec 1905 in Caddo, Oklahoma Territory.^[1]

In 1910 he was living in Hallock Township, Peoria, Illinois.^[2] The household included Frank J Rolan age 26 born in Nebraska, wife Ethel J Rolan age 21 born in Kansas and daughter Fay I Rolan age 3 born in Oklahoma. Frank and Ethel had been married 4 years. Ethel was the mother of 1 child, living. Frank was a section laborer on a steam railroad.
