Thomas Richardson was born January 1808 in Belmont, Ohio, the son of Zebediah Richardson and Phebe Charles.^[1] Thomas wed Phebe Carter on 3 March 1831 in Shelby, Ohio.^[2]

Thomas died in Shelby, Ohio in February 1862. ^[3]
