Cecil Redvers Rescorla was born in 1900 in Penzance Cornwall England. He was the son of Joseph Roscorla and Harriet Mitchell.^[1].^[2].

The 1901 England and Wales Census finds him with his mother Harriet (32), 2 brothers and three sisters living in Uny Lelant Cornwall England ^[3].

By the time of the 1911 England and Wales Census, he is living in Phillack West (originally Hayle), Cornwall England with his father Joseph (41), mother Harriet (48), 2 brothers and 3 sisters ^[4].

He married Elsie Burgan in the 2nd quarter of 1926 in Redruth Cornwall England^[5].

Their son [[Rescorla-40]|[Cecil Trevor Rescorla]] was born in 15 October 1931 in Hayle Cornwall United Kingdom.^[6].

Cecil's death was recorded in 1982 in Cornwall England United Kingdom ^[7].
