Edwin was born in 1896. He was the son of William Reinking and Caroline Weber. He passed away in 1966.
Edwin Reinking was a lifelong resident of Fort Wayne. He retired four years ago from the American Hoist & Derrick Co and since then had been secretary of the Lutheran Mutual Fire Insurance Association. He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and the Travelers Protective Association.
Surviving besides his wife (Regina) are two sons, Chester and Glen, Fort Wayne; a stepson Gerhardt Duesel, Atlanta, Ga; a brother, Charles Reinking and a sister, Mrs Bertha Brinkman, both of Fort Wayne and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Tuesday in the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Rev Dale Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at Rodenbeck-Hockemeyer Funeral Home from 1 pm today until 11 am Tuesday when the body will be taken to the church to lie in state until the time of the services.
