Biography

Mary was born in 1793. She was the daughter of Robert Reedman. Mary Reedman married Robert Templeman on 11 July 1813 at Langtoft. In 1841 Robert was an ag lab 50 living at Town Gate, Market Deeping with Mary 45, John 20, Richard 13, Mary 10, Henry 8, Martha 4 and James 2. Robert died 21 March 1850 at Market Deeping aged 62. In 1851 Mary was a widow laundress and nurse living by herself in Market Deeping, living next door to Sarah Williamson 36 and family. In 1861 Mary Tepleman 67 was an ag lab’s widow born at Tallington and living at Towngate, Market deeping, with son John 43 ag lab and grandson William 8, both born at Market Deeping. In 1871 Mary 77 was an annuitant living at Towngate with her grandson William 18. In 1881 Mary 88 born at Tallington, was living on parish relief, by herself in Towngate.
