Biography
Elizabeth was born about 1726. Ethel Crisp Taylor lists Elizabeths birth as 1730 and her death as 1808 (likely error). She also gives and about data for Elizabeth's marriage to William Crisp, Jr., about 1750. [1] They had at least three children:
- Moses Prescott Crisp
- Mansel Crisp
- Elizabeth Ramsey Crisp

Caution: Unusual information. Is the following correct? A child's birth and death date (Ramsey-4235 born 1726 died 25 Aug 1819) should not be before a parent was 13 years old (father Ramsey-296 born 1750) . A birth date (Ramsey-4235 born 1726) is more than 40 years before or after a sibling's birth date (Ramsey-300 born 1782) .
Another source shows Elizabeth’s birth as 1730 in North Carolina, and her death in 1808.[3] (I’m fairly certain that this is an error, and should be disregarded)
I could not find anything useful in Ancestry.com to help sort out this mess. Differing family trees show her mother’s LNAB as Sumpter and as Glen. Both leads go nowhere. Can you help sort this out?
