Biography
Herwald Ramsbotham, 1st Viscount Soulbury, GCMG, GCVO, OBE, MC, PC
Herwald was born in 1887 at Cholsey in Berkshire. He was the son of Herwald Ramsbotham and Ethel Bevan. [1]
In 1891, Herwald was residing with his parents and younger brother, Wilfred, in Ipsden, Oxfordshire. [2]
