Biography
Rhoda was born in 1825 in the Cape Colony; she was the daughter of Joseph Ralph and Elizabeth Curtis.
She was 25 years old when she married 32-year-old George Knott in her father's home in Fort Beaufort, Cape Colony on 4 June 1850.[1]

Rhoda was 91 years old when she passed away at Botha's Post, Fort Beaufort on 31 January 1916.[2][3]

She was buried in the Lemoen Kraal Cemetery near Fort Beaufort.[4][5]
