Biography

Jessie was one of perhaps ten children born to Newton J, and Loretta (Holland/Hindman) Perry. She was born, raised, lived, and died in southern Illinois in the area of Jackson and Perry counties. She married Henry O. Winter with whom she had one son Richard and at least one child that died shortly after birth. At the time of her death she was living with her son on his prosperous dairy farm. ^[1]
