They had five children during their marriage. She died on April 4, 1968, in Columbia, South Carolina, at the age of 85, and was buried there.
Obituary from the "The State" Newspaper dated 4 Apr 1968 Mrs. Lucille Parker Boulware, 86, of West Columbia, widow of Mr. Wyatt Andrew Boulware, died Wednesday in Columbia Hospital. She was the daughter of the late George Lawarence and Martha Sarah Parker. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lucille Satterwhite, McCain, N. C.; two sons; Wyatt A. Boulware, Columbia, and George L. Boulware of West Columbia. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Elmwood Cemetery. Dunbar Funeral Home is in charge. Pallbearers will be John Boulware, Parker Boulware, Joe Boulware, Oscar Berg, Jerry Price and Dennis Gray
