Hey Jack ... added in Sally's brothers and sisters ... you might want to check out what I did as it was after dinner ... Sausage ravioli with red sauce and a bottle of red wine ... oh, yeah, my wife drinks about half a glass. Now the wife is off to see her sister, so I'm here, alone, fixing up these profiles with a glass or two of Canadian Whiskey ... does that sound like a chance for errors? Thanks again for pointing me to this family ... oh heck, my whiskey bottle is empty!!

A line I have not worked through, I know Jacob Parker well, but had never looked into his daughter Rebecca. Given what you know, I would recommend creating profiles for these relatives, I'm happy to look over your shoulder if you would like. I did the math a few years ago and figured out that the number of descendants of the 5 Parker brothers is probably well over 1 million and possibly higher than 10 million.

Welcome to the zoo - lol.

Hi Jack,

I realized that you had added the US Presidents Project box to ahttps://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Whitlock-167. The project has very specific guidelines about adding the Project Box, which also requires the addition of the Project as the manager of the profile. I have removed the Project Box. If you are aware of other profiles where you have done this....please make sure to correct them.

I am unfamiliar with the project, so cannot comment on whether or not she should have the badge. She is the 8th great grandmother of President Bush #43. Which means that her husband Abraham has some sort of badge as well. Abraham's brother Jacob is an ancestor of President Pierce, along with his wife - so you may want to check all of them.

Please be aware that EVERY template has rules about the usage of the template, and before adding the template, you should make sure that it meets the criteria. Here is the one for the Direct Ancestors https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Template:US_President_Direct_Ancestor

Several of the profiles you cite above have the correct "sticker" attached, that shows the relationship to a US President.

Hi,

The Global Cemeteries Project is currently undergoing our member check-in and wanted to verify that you are still active and interested in being a member of the project. Are you currently assigned to or working with one of our Cemetery Teams? If not, is there a particular Team or area you are interested in participating with? I would be delighted to help you get setup in one or more of our collaborative teams!

We use Google Groups for internal project collaboration, so if you are not yet setup for access feel free to submit a join request and we will get that approved as quick as possible. We also ask that members check their follwed tags to make sure you are following the correct project tag (CEMETERIES) so you don't miss any disucssions in G2G.

Last, but not least, we would like to thank you for all of your contributions to WikiTree and let you konw that any ideas or suggestions for improvement you may have for the Global Cemeteries Project would greatly appreciated!

I look forward to hearing form you soon!

Jack -

Thank you for your help on the Parker family tree. I entered that profile to connect Admiral Ashworth ( https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Ashworth-1399 ) to WikiTree. I don't remember my history books mentioning the Navy officers aboard the Army Air Force planes dropping the atomic bombs on Japan; but it turns out he was my 8th cousin once removed at least twice, and it seems he was also your cousin. Jack - thanks for proposing this merger of Parker 4969 and Parker 35278. I just recently uncovered this link to my wife's family, and I have been working a brick wall on her 4th great-grandfather, Thomas Page (born Shirley, MA, 1771, and died Cambridge, VT, 1849. It started when the NEHGS suggested we have a male descendant (I chose my wife's first cousin, and he agreed) to submit a Y-chromosome DNA test to FamilyTreeDNA. That led us to the "Page" project, and a strong correlation to John Page and Phoebe Payne Page, arriving in Salem in 1630. Working down from John Page, and up from Thomas Page, I found a strong link, through the History of Rindge.....by Ezra S. Stearns. Hope to do some more research on the ground in both Shirley, MA, and Rindge, NH. If you would like, send me an email, and I can share with you a rather colorful article written about Thomas Page in a Vermont Gazetteer from the mid-1800s.

Best,

Jack, thanks for the findagrave note on Rachel Parker's profile. It was enough of a nudge to get me to update her. Feel free to "borrow" info from her profile for Zebulon's.

Cheers, Bobbie

Hi Jack! Pepperelborough was Saco's name before they settled on calling it Saco, so you and I are in agreement on Eliphalet's place of birth. He was a lucky find for me -- I've been doing a survey of Eastern Cemetery in Gorham and was stuck on him for months before I finally realized he lived in Standish, not Gorham; the plot in Eastern was apparently just a family plot. Thank you for the comment!

Thank you Jack,

All the records I've seen for Parker-25676 have it with one s, so I went with that, the f.a.g site had it with 2. No definite answer at this time. KiKi

Hi Jack,

I want to thank you for your birth date source for James Sanderson (Sanderson-2709) I do have confidence you're correct, but the " History of the town of Whately, Mass., including a narrative of leading events from the first planting of Hatfield: 1661-1899 by Crafts, James, M. (James Monroe), 1817-1903; Temple, J. H. (Josiah Howard), 1815-1893" begins listing the American Colony Sanderson line with Robert, then son William by his second wife, Mary, widow of John Cross. Two of my family genealogical records also claim this; however, I was encouraged to doubt this by Wiki G2G's, primarily because Robert's will has a reference to a nephew William, but not this William.

Is there any other source that confirms this? I'd really appreciate your kind help. Ron J. Campbell

HI Jack,

Thank you for your notes on Joshua and Joseph Parker. I will check my research in the next couple of days and merge them if my research agrees. If it doesn't, I'll message you and see what we can figure out.
