Research Notes

From researcher Matthew Scheich:

There is an inconsistency between the age given on his death record and his birth record. According to the death record, he was 43 at death, giving him a birth year of 1718. A thorough check of all Borlinghausen church books showed no matching Mullers born in or around the year 1718. There is no evidence to suggest that he was from any other area. After much research and deliberation, I have concluded that the most likely explanation is that his death record contains the wrong age and that he is indeed the Joes Muller born May 29, 1730.
