Biography
Henry Morgan is a part of US Black heritage.
Henry was born about 1867.
Henry Morgan married Susie Howard in 1907, announced in the Shreveport Journal of 11 February, 1907. [1] It is unclear if this is his first marriage.
He presumably died before 1930, when Susan is reported as a "widow," but this does not prove his death.

- sheet 65B, Ascension, Louisiana, Henry in household of John and Harriet Morgan [3]
Later census shows conflicting information, with young household members surnamed Howard as sons and daughters, while later census show these as "step" children. There is little evidence that Henry and Susie had any children together.
