Biography
Delbert was born about 1952.
In 1967, Delbert, Lonnie Lane, Norma Coburn, and Nancy Coburn were on their way to the Crawford County Fair, from Cambridge Springs, PA, when for an unknown reason, they went through a grade crossing into the path of an Erie-Lackawanna train. Sadly, none of the 4 teens survived the accident.
Delbert Mongera was a passenger in a friend's car when they got hit by a train at a railroad crossing in Crawford County, PA.
Delbert Mongera died young.
