Biography

Isabelle was born about 1760. She was the daughter of Simon Miller.

She was married in Essex County to John Rowzee and named Isabelle Rowzee in the will of her father dated 25th April 1792.^[1]

Isabelle and John Rowzee were named in a division of the slaves belonging to the estate of her deceased father.^[2]

She passed away about 1800.^{[citation needed]}
