Charlotte was born at Helston, Cornwall, England and baptized on 18 Mar 1832 [1]. Charlotte died on 7 Nov 1911 at Ballarat of Senile Debility and Heart Failure [2] and she was buried at Ballarat New Cemetery on 10 Nov 1911.
