Biography

Jehan was born in 1539. He was a barrel maker's apprentice under Guillaume Acoulons, from Villers in Saint-Denis-Le-Thiboult. Guillaume is Cardine's father. He'll mary her when he is 28 years old.

Jehan died after 19 August 1586, date of his son Jehan's wedding to Jehanne Thunel, where he signed as a witness. He died before 1592. On 9 Aug 1592, Cardine Acoulons is before a notary to rend to Hélie Thunel land she received as heritage. The act mentions her as "widow of Jehan LeMessier".
