Abi was born about 1777 in Winchester, Litchfield, Connecticut. Her parents were Robert McEwen and Jerusha Doolittle.

She married James Beebe, son of Col. Bezaleel Beebe and Elizabeth Marsh in Litchfield, Connecticut.

She died in 1840 in Hartford, Trumbull Co., Ohio. She was buried at Hartford Township Cemetery, Hartford, Trumbull County, Ohio, USA. [1]
