In 1881 enumerated as Bell, age 5. and in 1891 as Maggie, age 13. ^{[3] [4]}

Maggie was still living in Glace Bay, Cape Breton with her parents in 1901. ^[5]

Research Notes

• Original registration of Birth has surname written as McDonnell. Parents' marriage date as 29 August 1865 in Broad Cove, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. ^[6]

• Oct 2020: No variation on Maggie/Margaret's name with surname Tschan or McDonnell was found in New York state within an 1875-1885 birth range. No marriage record found.
