Biography

Rebecca was born about 1849.

Rebecca married[1]William Linton, a Soldier, on 18 May 1867 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

The April 1871 census[2]shows Rebecca residing with her family as part of the 2nd Battalion 4th Regiment in Barracks at North Camp, Farnborough, Hampshire, England, United Kingdom.

At the time of her son Amos Linton's baptism[3]on 4 October 1880 in the parish of St. Peter the Great, Worcester, Worcestershire, England the family resided in St. Peter's Street, Worcester and her husband William Linton is noted for Writing.

The April 1881 census[4]shows Rebecca continuing to reside with her family at Court House, St. Peter's Street, Worcester.

The April 1891 census[5][6]shows Rebecca residing with her family in Mill Street, Worcester.

The March 1901 census[7]shows Rebecca residing with her family in Albion Mill Cottages, Portland Street, Worcester.

Rebecca, late of Angel Street, Worcester, passed away aged fifty three and was laid to rest[8]on 5 July 1903 in the parish of St. Nicholas, Worcester.
