Biography
Rachael Mcdonald was born about 1813 in Inverness Scotland. [1]
Rachel married John Mcleod in about 1833 and they immigrated to Nova Scotia. The first of their children was born in Nova Scotia in about 1835. [2]
Census records for 1851, 1861,1871and 1881 have the family farming in Kincardine Township, Bruce County, Canada West. [2] [3] [4] [5]
Rachel passed away on January 09, 1897 [6] and was laid to rest in the Kincardine Cemetery. [1]
