Williamena (McComb) Dodd was born in Lancashire, England.

Williamena was born in Liverpool, Lancashire, England, on June 11, 1885. She was the daughter, and oldest of at least four children, of Joseph William Henry McComb, and Sarah Jane Smith. She was baptized, in Liverpool, on July 12, 1885, at Emmanuel Church of England, Everton. Williamena was enumerated in the 1891 census residing with her parents and siblings in West Derby. In both the 1901, and 1911 census, she is enumerated with a grandmother, still living in West Derby. Her parents do not appear in either census.

Williamena married Edward Dodd, in Liverpool, on December 8, 1915, at Saint Augustine, Everton. It was her first marriage. Edward was a widower with one child. The witnesses were William M. Graham, and Elsie Florence McComb. The Banns had been read at Saint Augustine on November 14th, 21st, and 28th. Williamena and Edward would have one child, Margaret, in 1919. Edward passed away in March, 1939. Williamena and daughter, Margaret, are enumerated in the 1939 Register residing at 7 Gorton Road, Liverpool. Williamena would remain at this address through at least 1945.

Williamena passed away in 1969, at age eighty four. Her death was registered in the fourth quarter in Kettering, Northamptonshire, England.

It is unknown if she was, in fact, her grandmother, and if so, maternal or paternal).
