Tina May Martin was born on 27 Jan 1910 in the village of South Boston, Franklin Township, Washington County, Indiana; she was the daughter of Jessie Martin and Violitta Baker.^[1]

On 2 May 1910,^[2] Tina M. Martin (age 0, born Indiana) was living in Franklin Township, Washington County, Indiana in the household of her father, Jesse C. Martin (age 30, born Indiana), with her mother, Violetta J. Martin (age 30, born Indiana), and her Martin siblings, born Indiana (age, sex): i) Oren C. (9, M), ii) Lucille L. (7, F), iii) Byford C. (5, M). Jesse's occupation was a farmer. Violetta had born 4 children, all of whom were currently living.

In 1920,^[3] Tina M. Martin (age 9, born Indiana) was living on a farm on Jackson Highway, Pierce Township, Washington County, Indiana in the household of her father, Jesse C. Martin (age 39, born Indiana), with her mother, Violeta J. Martin (age 39, born Indiana), and her Martin siblings, born Indiana (age, sex): i) Orin C. (18, M), ii) Lois L. (17, F), iii) Byford C. Tina's usual residence was on a farm, Rt. #2, Pekin, Washington County, Indiana; her usual occupation was a waitress in a restaurant. She was widowed at the time of her death. The informant for the death certificate was her daughter, Glenda Cullison, who lived at the same address.
