Archy McIntyre (84) is on the 1881 census with his children; Clara (30), Susan (33), Margaret (28) and Donald (31).[2] Next door is son John (42) with wife Mary (40) and their children; Archibald (18), Catherine (16), Mary (15), John (13), Joseph (11), Sarah (9), Margaret (6), Archy (4) and Dougald (2).
Donald McIntyre (35) is on the 1891 census with his sister Susan (44), Dolly (42) and Maggie (35).[3] Next door is brother John (56) with his wife Mary (50) and their family; Archibald (28), John (22), Joseph (21), Sarah (18), Maggie (16), Archy (14), Dougald (12), and Mary S (10).
Donald McIntyre (59.. clearly some issues with the age here) is on the 1901 census with his sisters Maggie (52), Dolly (54) and Susan (55).[4] Next door is brother John (67) with wife Mary (61) and their family; Archie (28), Dougald (23), Maggie (26), Mary S (19) with John A (32) and his wife Maggie (24).
Donald's death registration lists him as a single man who died of "acute stomach trouble". His father is Archibald MacIntyre of North Highlands, Cape Mabou.[5]
