Edward Macdonnell, Esq. of Carlow, third son of the late Colonel Macdonnell of New Hall, county of Clare and grandson of the late of Sir John Johnson, Bart. of Montreal, Lower Canada to Hannah Thomasine Madden of Summerville, Carlow and relict of the late Rev Samuel Madden of Kilkenny.
