Gavin Lees
James was born in Strontian Argyllshire Scotland, Henrietta was born in Glen Nevis Scotland. They married in 1847 and came to NZ in 1849 on the "William and Jane" to Wellington. They settled in the Wanganui River area til 1862 before shifting to Turakina.
