Annie (Lathlean) Vague migrated from Cornwall to Australia.

1821 Birth @ Calstock, Cornwall

Anne Lathlean was the daughter of William Lathlean and his wife Ann born in 1821. ^[1].

1841 Census @ Lanlivery Cornwall

In 1841 Ann Lathlean was the Daughter of William and Ann Lathlean in Sweet's House Lanlivery Cornwall^[2] Her father William aged 55-59 was a miner as was her brother Richard who was 15-19. ^[3]

1843 Marriage @ Lanlivery Cornwall

Ann Lathlean married Joseph Arthur ^[4] in 1843 in Lanlivery. In this marriage record her father's name is William. ^[5]. Joseph died soon after being married in 1843 ^[6].

1846 Marriage @ LanivetCornwall

Ann Arthur married William Vague in Lanlivery ^[7]in 1846 ^[8].

1849 Migration to South Australia

William and Ann migrated to South Australia in 1849 on the Himalaya with their son William, aged one year and Edward P Vague aged 20. Ann and William Vague registered the births of two sons (John and Edward) in Adelaide South Australia in 1850^[9] Edward died in 1850 and John died in 1853 both in Adelaide.

1886 Death @ Creswick Victoria

She died in 1886 in Creswick, Victoria ^[10] Nanny Vague was buried in the Creswick Cemetery on 6th of September 1886^[11]

Emigration note: VAGUE William 23 and wife Ann 27, son William 1 from Cornwall are listed on the passenger list of Himalaya arriving Port Adelaide 16 Nov 1849 ^[12]

Edward and John appear to have been born as twins after the family arrived in Kapunda. ^{[13] [14]} Edward died as an infant ^[15]. Please note that the birth registration shows the birth district as Adelaide, not the birth place. These records come from the early days of SA settlement. James and Edward were born before Kapunda was separated from Adelaide as it's own registration district (Steve Thomas)
