Biography
Mary Laidlaw, daughter of James Laidlaw and Helen Scott, was born or baptised on 7 September 1791 in Ettrick, Selkirkshire, Scotland.[1]
Mary came to Canada with her husband Robert Murray by 1820. She is buried, as are many of the early Laidlaws, in the Boston Presbyterian Cemetery in Halton Region (County) and her years of birth and death are on the grave headstone. [2]
