Charles was born in 1933.[1] He was the son of Ora Edward King and Grace May Angel. He passed away in 2003.[2][3]
Charles married Patsy Thompson on August 19, 1957 in Campbell County, Tennessee.[4]
Charles was buried in Lower Cal Hill Cemetery in Pine Knot, McCreary County, Kentucky.[5]
