Biography

Georgina Kemp was born about 1853 in East Gwillimbury, York, Canada West, daughter of James Albert Kemp (1807–1891) and Mary Ann Playter (1820–1900).

Georgina married Rudolph Javan.[1] They may have had seven children.

Their daughter was Georgina Selina Javan (1885– ).

In 1871, Georgeana (16) in Barrie, Simcoe, Ontario, Canada. [2]

In 1881, Georginea (age 25) was living in Barrie, Simcoe. [3]

In the 1891 census Georgena Javan (age 35) was living with her husband Rudolph (age 41, cabinet maker), and children: Mary E (18), Bessie A (16), Egbert P (14), Clara (12), Georgina (7), and Ella (4), in Penetanguishene, Simcoe East, Ontario, Canada.[4]

In 1901, Georgina Javan (43), was a wife, in the household of Henry Javan (53) in Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada. [5]

In the 1921 census Georgina (age 68) was a wife of Rudolph Javan (age 75), in Toronto (City), Parkdale, Ontario, Canada.[6]

Georgina died on February 27, 1928 in Toronto, York, Canada, aged about 74.[7]
