Biography
Elizabeth Kay was born on 6 Feb 1718, and was baptised at Bolton-le-Moors, St Peter, Lancashire, on the next day. Her father was John Kay, and her mother was Mary. Elizabeth (Betty) Kay married Robert Heywood at Prestwich, Lancashire, on 23 May 1738. Their daughter Betty Heywood was baptised at Bolton-le-Moors, St Peter, Lancashire, in 1744. Betty Heywood senior was buried at Bolton Church on 15 April 1768.
