Biography
Lehman was born in 1835. He passed away in 1908. Confederate States, application for pension. Member of Dye's Batallion of Cavalry, from Arkansas, discharged 8 June, 1865. Served from August, 1862 to 1865. L.P. Kay served as Clerk of Fulton County, Arkansas from 1882 to 1886.
