James Kay was born in 1881.
James (22) married Jessie Frances Parradine Davis (37) in 1904 in New Zealand.
He married Irene Jessie Stichbury in 1915. The daughters of James and Irene were:

James died on 1 November 1951 in Manurewa, Auckland, New Zealand, aged 69. He was buried in Waikumete Cemetery & Crematorium, Glen Eden, Auckland Council, Auckland, New Zealand (plot: Presbyterian Division E, Row 6, Plot 1).
